The Fashion Show will present capsule collections of Caribbeans who are Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) alumni who entered the industry as fashion designers, featuring brands that have made, and are making their mark, and including recent graduates of the current year, who are now embarking on a future in the fashion industry.

CAFE - Caribbean American Fashion Exchange™ is dedicated to the strengthening and development of the Caribbean’s fashion industry, through a series of targeted events that would position brands before several sales opportunities.

An integral part of this development is education. To that end, we have established the Caribbean American Fashion Exchange™ Scholarship to the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), for Caribbean students who live in the Caribbean to attend this prestigious New York institution. The initial requirements and details of the Caribbean American Fashion Exchange™ Scholarship have been established with the Fashion Institute of Technology whose website is now open and available for contributions at the link below. Remember to pick the Designation - CAFE.

The theme of the fundraiser is THE CARIBBEAN at FIT: PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE - a fashion show that presented collections of Caribbean alumna who attended FIT and went on to enter the industry as fashion designers.
The show featured brands that have made, and are making their mark, and include recent graduates of the Class of 2018 who are now embarking on a future in the fashion industry. See a recap of the event HERE.
